Heather Torch joined the Community Marketing team in 2010, with a focus on Research & Development. Heather supports all aspects of CMI’s custom research services, including survey and focus group questionnaire development, coding, analysis and reporting.
Prior to working at CMI, Heather worked in sales, promotions and market research. After working for San Francisco State University conducting focus groups, Heather found her true calling and sought out a job in research which led her to San Francisco’s very own CMI.
Heather earned her B.S. in Business Administration (concentration in Marketing) from San Francisco State University.
